We want you to be completely satisfied with your Lilienthal Berlin timepiece. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the watch in its original packaging, ensuring all protective films and tags are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Hand over the package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
